The Regency at Sunset Beach has spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Bird Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.  You can also enjoy views of the Inlet, where large boats clip along on the way to the Ocean.  The building on the left is Sold, but several choice condos are still available in building 2 and 3.
